Prexbi Privacy Policy

Summary
Prexbi processes face-to-screen distance on device to adjust text in real time. We do not collect personal data, do not store images or audio, and do not perform facial recognition.

Scope
This policy applies to the Prexbi iPhone app operated by INGEK S.A.S..

Data we collect
- We do not collect personal data.
- We do not collect biometric data.
- We do not store photos or video.
- We do not store audio.

Camera use
The front camera is used only to estimate face-to-screen distance with TrueDepth. Processing is on-device and no images are stored.

On-device processing
All processing related to distance, calibration, and typography adjustments happens on device.

Local data stored
The app stores only settings such as:
- Preferred lens.
- Comfortable reading range.
- Accessibility adjustments (contrast, weight, line spacing).
These are stored on device and can be deleted in Settings.
If you enable local metrics, the app stores usage counters (reading sessions, calibration completions, imports)
on device only. You can turn this off and reset the counters in Settings.

Sharing with third parties
We do not share, sell, or transfer data to third parties.

Third-party services
Prexbi does not include advertising or analytics SDKs by default.

Retention and deletion
Local settings remain until you delete them in Settings or uninstall the app.

Permissions
- Camera: required to measure face-to-screen distance.

Children
Prexbi is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect their data.

Changes
We may update this policy and will update the date above.
